Terms of Service

Version 2026-10-02Effective

These terms are an agreement between you (the customer, and each person who uses Yalla Scrum on your behalf) and Yalla Scrum, 1st settlement South Academy ("we", "us"). By starting a trial or a subscription, or by using Yalla Scrum, you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum.

1. The service

Yalla Scrum is a sprint planning and team capacity tool that works with Jira Cloud. You sign in with your Atlassian account (or a Yalla Scrum account login your administrator sets up), and Yalla Scrum reads and updates your Jira data only as you and your team direct it.

2. Your account

  • You are responsible for the people you invite and for what they do in Yalla Scrum.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone used your account without permission.
  • You must have the right to connect the Jira site you connect, and to give Yalla Scrum access to its data.

3. Pricing

Yalla Scrum is priced per seat: each user in your workspace is one seat. The current plans and prices are shown on our pricing page. We may change prices; a change applies from your next billing period, and we tell you before it does.

4. Free trial

A new workspace starts with a free trial. Its length is shown on the pricing page when you sign up. No payment is needed during the trial. When the trial ends, a paid subscription is needed to keep using the workspace.

5. Payment

  • You pay in advance for each billing period, using one of the payment methods enabled at the time (shown on the pricing page), such as InstaPay transfer or card and wallet payments through Paymob.
  • A period starts when we confirm your payment. Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP).
  • If a payment fails or is not made, we may limit the workspace to read-only access until it is.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your workspace stays fully usable until the end of the last period you paid for, and we do not refund partly used periods unless the law requires it. After that period ends we erase your workspace data as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Yalla Scrum to break the law, to attack or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to access data you are not allowed to see.

8. Your data

Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide Yalla Scrum, as described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Addendum.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Yalla Scrum available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we tell you before the change applies; the version date on this page shows the current version.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Yalla Scrum is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms: [email protected], or write to Yalla Scrum, 1st settlement South Academy.
